The journey began in 2018 at a quiet shopping street in Sangenjaya. Back then, tacos like ours, based on homemade tortillas made from heirloom, ground in-house, were unusual. To commemorate our anniversary, we are are selling a limited number of T-Shirt with illustrations depicting our 5-year journey. The back print traces our path from the launch of the Sangenjaya shop, through the COVID-19 pandemic, to the opening of the Ebisu store. Mei-chan, a member who has been with us since Day one of the launch was responsible for the artwork.
