We are a taqueria from Tokyo. Originally from Mexico, chef-owner Marco Garcia decided to close and bring Los Tacos Azules to Japan in order to pursue his dream of taking his tacos to the next level.
Weaving traditional and modern cooking techniques, we combine artisanal tortillas --made with heirloom corn from Mexico- with the unique ingredients from Japan to make our own style of tacos.
Join us for dinner and try our Omakase-course, featuring unique tacos that change from season to season.
Or stop by for brunch during the weekend, and enjoy our renditions of beloved Mexican breakfast classics in a casual setting.
Tacos Omakase Course
the ultimate tacos experience
Our concept at night is to make tacos that are as good as the finest sushi, tempura or yakitori. Everyday Chef Marco Garcia draws upon the best and freshest ingredients to make a special kaiseki style dinner featuring a curated selection of corn masa based dishes.
Tortillas are cooked one by one, so you can enjoy them while they are at their best: fluffy and fragrant. Each taco comes with its own unique salsa.
A typical menu includes an appetizer, tostadas, a variety of tacos made with seasonal fish, local meat and vegetables, soup and dessert.
We offer a wide selection of locally sourced natural wine, sake, craft beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Ask about our pairing.
Reservations are necessary for the Omakase Course.
A limited a la carte menu is also available for same-day walk-ins.
